about mama + me

As a degree qualified nutritionist and natural fertility educator, my aim is to empower and support women to understand their bodies and take charge of their health throughout their most transformational years. As a mother myself, I know the joys and challenges of each of the seasons of motherhood; preconception, pregnancy and postpartum. I hope to impart my holistic approach to nutritional therapy throughout these precious stages and have you (and bub) feeling your best!

Navigating nutrition information is tricky, not to mention when it involves caring for another human! mama + me aims to support you both in the most nutritionally thoughtful way while keeping things simple and tailored to your family. I offer specialised consultations depending on what stage of the motherhood journey you are on; planning to conceive, pregnancy, postpartum or starting solids. 



I love to create food that is nutrient dense, tasty and simple - each meal must be those three things! I always try to source organic and local produce, and I include shortcuts that don't have you slaving away in the kitchen. I am realistic about the little time we have! My recipes range from filling snacks when pregnant to first foods for baby, yummy smoothies for kids to meals that the whole family will eat.

I often get asked which food brands/products I recommend for mama + baby - during pregnancy and postpartum, and now since my little one has started solids. These are my favourite items that are tried and tested, are natural, good for the environment and healthy for the whole family.
